Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Bhopal PhD admission 2012
Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Bhopal (IISER) has invited Applications from Indian Citizens for admission to PhD Course commencing from August 1, 2012 in the following areas:
Biological Sciences
Chemical Sciences
Earth & Environmental Sciences
Mathematical Sciences
Physical Sciences
Minimum Qualifications:
The applicant must have a MSc Degree (minimum 55% marks) respective areas or allied area with a valid GATE / UGC / CSIR / JEST / ICMR / DBT / NBHM or any other government recognized score card.
Assistantship / scholarship:
Financial aid (Assistantship / scholarship) is provided for PhD prgrm as per rule.
Application Fee:
Prescribed Application must be sent along with a fee of Rs.200/- (General/OBC) and Rs.100/- (SC / ST / PH) by a Demand Draft favoring Director, IISER Bhopal, payable at Bhopal.
Reservation:
Reservation will be 15% for SC, 7.5% for ST and 27% for OBC (Non-creamy layer) for the year 2011-12. Also up to 3% reservation shall apply as per Government of India rules for persons with physically disable candidates.

Go to http://www.iiserb.ac.in or obtained free of charge from the Assistant Registrar (Academic), IISER Bhopal, ITI (Gas Rahat) Building, Govindpura - Bhopal 462 023 personally or by sending the request for the same. Separate application must be sent for each programme.
