IOB Recruitment 2013 – Apply online for 480 Probationary Officer Vacancies: Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) is inviting applications from the young graduates who can be inducted into Indian Overseas Bank as Probationary Officers in Junior Management Grade Scale-I after imparting them with the necessary knowledge and skills required for allround bankers through the 1 year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance Course in Indian Overseas Bank Manipal School of Banking (IOBMSB). IOB Vacancy Details:
Total No. of Posts: 480
Name of the Post: Probationary Officers

Age Limit: Candidates minimum age limit should be 20 years and maximum age limit should not exceed 28 years as on 01/sep/2013. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Graduation from a recognised University/ Institution with minimum 60% Marks and for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PC category minimum 55% marks. Graduation results should be declared by the University/Institution on or before 01/sep/2013.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in online examination and interview.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay the application fee/ intimation charge (non refundable) of Rs.50/- for SC/ST/PC and Rs.500/- for all others (including OBC) in cash only at any Branch of Indian Overseas Bank. The payment of fees should be made between 10/jul/2013 and 29/jul/2013.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply online through the website www.iob.in from 10/jul/2013 to 29/jul/2013.

Instructions for Online Application:
1. Log on to Bank’s website www.iob.in and click the “Careers” link.
2. Take a print out of blank Payment Receipt Challan available with the notification.
3. Pay the application fee/intimation charges as mentioned above and collect candidate’s copy of Payment Receipt Challan.
4. Revisit the Bank’s website www.iob.in and open the Careers Page and Click apply online link below the Recruitment of 480 Probationary Officers through tie up with academic institution.
5. Fill the online application with all the details and submit the application online.
6. Take a printout of the system generated online application form to be submitted at the time of the interview.
7. The registration number and password generated should also be retained for future reference.

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is conducting Common Written Examination (RRBs CWE-II) for the recruitment of Officer (Scale I, II & III) and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) vacancies in 62 Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) which will be conducted online. Educational Qualification:
For Office Assistant (Multipurpose):
Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent and must have proficiency in local language.
For Officer Scale I:
Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent and must have proficiency in local language.
For Officer Scale II (General Banking Officer):
Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with at least 50% marks with 2 years experience.
For Officer Scale II (Specialist Officer):
Information Technology Officer: Degree from a recognized University in Electronics/ Communication/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or its equivalent with at least 50% marks.
Chartered Accountant: Certified Associate ship (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Law Officer: Degree from a recognized University in Law or its equivalent with at least 50% marks.
Treasury Manager: Certified Associate ship (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or MBA in Finance from a recognized university/ institution.
Marketing Officer: MBA in Marketing from a recognized university.
Agricultural Officer: Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Animal Husbandry/ Forestry/ Veterinary Science/ Agricultural Engineering/ Pisciculture with at least 50% marks.
For Officer Scale III:
Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with at least 50% marks with minimum 5 years experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institutions.

Application Fee Details: Candidates must pay application fee/ intimation charges of Rs.100/- for SC/ ST/ PWD/ EXSM candidates and Rs.600/- for all others through online or offline mode.

Online Mode: After submission of online application form, candidates can make payment through payment gateway using Master/ Visa Debit or Credit Cards from 04/jul/2013 to 25/jul/2013. After online payment, take print out of system generated e-receipt for future use.

Offline Mode: Candidates can deposit the fee (offline) by using system generated fee payment challan at CBS branches of any of 7 Public Sector Banks mentioned in the notification from 06/jul/2013 to 30/jul/2013. Fee payment Challan can be downloaded after submission of online application form.

Note: Candidates belonging to States categorized as ‘A’ and ‘B’ can appear for English language test or Hindi language test and belonging to ‘C’ Category must appear for English language test only. This categorization has been made on the basis of ‘Official Languages Act’. Refer notification for categorization of States.

How to Apply: Interested candidates can apply online through IBPS official website www.ibps.in by filling all the mandatory details from 04/jul/2013 to 25/jul/2013. After submission of online application form, candidates are required to take print out of it for future use.

iii. Fill all the mandatory details, upload scanned copy of photograph and signature.
iv. Submit error free online application.
v. Make payment as mentioned above and update payment details by revisiting the website.
vi. Take print out of system generated e-receipt (if online payment made) and online Application Form for future use.
